1. About ZVDent

ZVDent provides an online marketplace for dental materials, equipment and related professional supplies. Product pages, prices, availability, delivery information and promotional content are provided through the website and application.

These terms apply to visitors, registered customers and anyone who places an order through ZVDent. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You may not create an account for someone else, impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may suspend or close an account where there is fraud, misuse, a security risk, a serious breach of these terms or a legal requirement.

3. Products, prices and availability

We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices and stock information accurate. Minor differences in color, packaging or presentation may occur. Product availability can change before an order is confirmed.

Prices and currencies are shown on the relevant product or checkout page. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error and will contact you before processing an affected order where appropriate. Taxes, delivery fees or other charges will be shown when applicable.

4. Orders and payment

• Adding a product to your cart does not reserve stock or create a contract of sale.
• An order request is accepted only when ZVDent confirms it by email or through the service.
• We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an incorrect price, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or other legitimate operational reasons.
• You authorize us and our payment providers to process the payment method selected at checkout.

If an order is cancelled after payment, we will arrange a refund through the original payment method or another agreed method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

5. Delivery, inspection and returns

Delivery timing, delivery zones and shipping charges depend on the destination, products and available carrier service. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing.

Please inspect products when they arrive and contact info@zvdent.com promptly about damage, missing items, incorrect products or quality concerns. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to the applicable product, supplier and consumer-protection requirements. Some opened, used, sterile or temperature-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.

Do not use a product that appears damaged, contaminated or unsafe. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and professional safety requirements.

6. Professional use and safety

ZVDent supplies products intended primarily for dental professionals, clinics, laboratories, students and business customers. You are responsible for selecting products appropriate for your use, checking compatibility and following the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and applicable laws.

Product information on ZVDent is not medical, dental, legal or regulatory advice. Consult a qualified professional or the manufacturer when you need product-use or clinical guidance.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use ZVDent only for lawful shopping, account and support activities. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape the catalog without permission, upload malicious code, infringe rights or use content in a way that could harm ZVDent or another user.

The ZVDent name, logo, software, layout, text and original content are owned by or licensed to ZVDent and may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially reused without permission. Product names, trademarks and images may belong to their respective manufacturers or suppliers.

8. Service availability and liability

We work to keep ZVDent available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, carrier issues, supplier changes or events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZVDent is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Privacy and account deletion

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your ZVDent account using the account deletion page.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service, products or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of ZVDent after an update means you accept the updated terms.
